Do VIMAX Pills really work?We get many emails from our customers that say our pills helped them regain their sexual ego. It's up to you when to stop taking our pills since they are 100% safe and made from natural products. We had one customer write to us that he decided to stop the pills after he no longer felt embarrassed when making love. His penis used to be below average, 5 inches to be exact, now he is 7 inches and is fully satisfied. He wrote us saying that now his woman receives an orgasm 95% of the time they make love, before she could barely get excited. "I'm very grateful to Pillsexpert for bringing such miraculous changes to my life. Having gained 2.5 inches from the 4 months supply and became more passionate and sexually attractive I was even able to fix the relationship with my wife (we were on the verge of the divorce) by simply having great sex with her. I feel more confident now and …I'm just happy!!! You know how they say it: ”Miracles don't just happen, they are firstly very well prepared.” No doubt that your company put a lot of time and effort to start helping people. Thank you so much and good luck to you." Mark Andrew, FL penis enlargement excercises enlagement free penis pills sample Why are we #1 on the market?Consider the difference between a 7, 8 or 9 inch penis that is thicker and a penis that is 4 to 6 inches and narrower. With a larger penis you penetrate more sensitive areas of the woman. Your longer penis probes deeper searching those special nerve endings. The added width to your penis fills and presses her from side to side to give your partner the most exhilarating sensations. The results are permanent. You control the growth because once you reach your optimum size you could stop taking VIMAX PILLS. We say you could stop taking VIMAX PILLS because it is not necessary to be larger then 9 inches. Most women can only comfortably accommodate a 9 inch penis. Anything larger than that may be too large for most women. Nine inches or more then 9 inches, the choice is yours. Unlike other clones, Vimax Pills are made from only high end ingredients available to bring you best results possible. We run a serious business and treat as such, unlike other companies that appear out of nowhere and then disappear with your money without ever sending you a product you paid for. pnis enlargement pic vimax enlargement manhattan penis Prices

Sometimes overcoming premature ejaculation is a matter of learning effective relaxation techniques and bringing more awareness into your sexual experiences. Interestingly, this idea contradicts a lot of prevailing wisdom around 'numbing' sexual sensations and distracting oneself from the experience. I want to share a very simple exercise to increase what I call your "cock awareness". The more you are present with all your feelings and sensations, the greater the level of your control and arousal and so the more intense your orgasms can become. Remember orgasm and ejaculation are two separate physiological events for a man (and oh, just by the way, for a woman too!). The final outcome is that you will develop more control, simply by increasing and refining your awareness, especially of your cock. The focus and development of awareness is one of the gifts of Tantra. The word Tantra is a Sanskrit word that means expansion of consciousness and liberation of energy. I'd need a whole other series of articles to begin to delve into that. For now, I want you to focus on an exercise. We are all in the chronic habit of holding ourselves away from our genitals, so try this! THE EXERCISE: Sitting or laying down, be comfortable. Relax your breath, notice each breath moving through the nostrils. Then after a few minutes, drop your breath awareness to the navel. Next drop awareness to the perineum, between the testicles and anus. And then to the pelvic floor. Bring your awareness to your pelvic floor and relax everything. Relax your buttocks and anus. (The pelvic floor is the web of muscles across the base of the pelvis, attaching to the sitz bones, pubic bone and coccyx, forming the base of your torso) The genitals are enmeshed in these muscles. Usually you are continually pulling up the pelvic floor unconsciously with your inner tension, cutting of sensation. From this point on, every moment you remember, bring your awareness to the pelvic floor and RELAX EVERYTHING! As you are sitting or laying down, feel with your awareness the full length of your cock as it extends from the deep core within and away from the body. Feel the deep root, where it joins and emerges from your body. Visualize your sacred cock, as a generator of love energy, a magic wand. Imagine and feel a fire filling up and flooding of the pelvic area. Feel the intensity of the most subtle sensations. Relax into the genitals. Feel them from the inside out. Relax. Be more rooted in the base of your penis. Hold the entire penis in your awareness, not just the tip. Ask yourself, "How can I open more?" Focus on how it feels, not where it is. Notice how your sensitivity and arousal increase by feeling in a relaxed manner. There is no outcome here, except to relax and feel more. That is the exercise, practice it often! While it seems at odds with so much theory around distraction from, and numbing of, sexual pleasure, the basic principle of increasing awareness during sex is this; Feel your body, sexuality and orgasms; and Learn your body, sexuality and orgasms; then Master your body, sexuality and orgasms!!! In an upcoming article I will explore how the idea of sexual control and mastery is not about control at all … but that would be getting ahead of myself. Until then enjoy yourself practicing. The fact: Orgasms have certain health benefits attached to them. It is not just the feeling of well-being that we all have after sex. Orgasm is as important for the overall health of men as any other function of their bodies. Sex reduces stress and people who have frequent sex and orgasms are less violent and less hostile than those who seldom engage in sex. Sex and orgasms have a long-term effect of calming down a person and helping keep the psychological balance. Frequent sex and orgasms translate into lower death rates for men and also for women. Sexually active people draw far more joy from their lives than others and also take fewer sick leaves and orgasms help the body to fight infections. Frequent ejaculation between the ages of 20 and 50 helps dramatically decrease the risk of prostate cancer in men. Frequent male ejaculation is crucial for avoiding many prostate-related problems. The body and the mind suffer without the frequent combination of exertion and release brought by sex and orgasms. Sex affects different processes in men such as mood, blood circulation, reduces risk of stresses. Remember: having excess sex leads to the opposite results: bad mood and frequent stresses! So what if I want to have more intense orgasms and ejaculate more frequently? There are several methods: penis exercises, semen volumizers and other methods. Remember: sex is a very important part of our life but not the main! top rated penis elargement pills cheap penis enlargement pills free penis enlargement exercise pennis enlargement pump penis enhancement video free penis enlargement pills pnis enlargement photo manual penis elargement penis enlagement before and after photo
The G-spot is a highly erogenous zone inside the vagina. It was discovered in 1950 by the gynaecologist Ernst Grafenberg. For a while not many people actually believed the G-spot existed. Then in 1978 a book called “The G Spot “ by Alice K. Ladas, Beverly Whipple and John D. Perry was published. This confirmed existence of the G-spot. Today sexologists believe every woman has a G-spot. It is thought that the G-spot is either a bundle of nerves coming from the clitoris or a gland or series of glands that produces lubrication. It is also thought to be analogous to the prostate gland in men. When unstimulated the G-spot is about the size of a bean. When your lover is aroused it becomes more pronounced. The G-spot is located behind the pubic bone within the front wall of the vagina, about two to three inches deep. The important thing to note is that the G-spot responds to pressure, not just touch. Because the G-spot is close to the bladder stimulating the G-spot may result in a feeling of needing to urinate. This feeling my last anywhere from a few seconds to up to thirty seconds. Here are some sexual positions that are good for G-spot stimulation. Doggy style This is a good position as the head of the penis is pointed directly at the G-spot. Lap While sitting on the edge of a couch or a bed have your lover sit on your lap, facing you. Her legs should be either wrapped around your waist. Standing with her lying down Stand facing a bed, desk, or something similar. Have your lover lie down in front of you. Her pelvis should be about one foot lower than yours. Place your lover’s feet on your shoulders. Now have her tilt her pelvis so it forms a straight line where your crotches meet. Put your hands underneath her buttocks so you can hold her at that angle. truth about penis enhancement pills easy enlargement free penile surgery way safe penis enlarement truth about penis enlarement pills herbal natural pennis enlargement penile enlargment video medical penis elargement penis elargement surgery penis enlagement before and after photo
By far the most common way for a woman to regularly reach orgasm is through direct or indirect clitoral stimulation. Before we just into that subject, I think it may help to share with you some information about the clitoris. The clitoris is located just by the vaginal entrance and behind the labia minora. In most women, it is a small nub of flesh which contains a high concentration of nerve endings which make it highly sensitive. It is often covered by a clitoral hood. Many people don't realize that only a small portion of the clitoris is actually visible. The remainder of the organ is surrounded by the rest of the reproductive system and extends all the way to the bottom of the pubic bone. Two things are particularly interesting about the clitoris. First, all female mammals have a clitoris. This is interesting because the sole purpose, at least according to biologists, of the clitoris is sexual pleasure. That would seem to mean that humans aren't the only ones who enjoy the way sex feels. Second, the clitoris is made from the same material as the penis. In fact, in men the clitoris becomes a full-fledged penis after the embryo is exposed to testosterone in the womb. Just like the penis, the clitoris fills with blood and becomes erect during sexual arousal. The clitoral hood is essentially the same as the foreskin of a penis. The only real difference between a clitoris and a penis – besides location in the body – seems to be that the penis is also used for urination while the clitoris is not. What many people don't realize about the clitoris is that the penis alone usually cannot stimulate it. Because of its position in the woman's body, the ability of the penis to provide rhythmic stimulation to the clitoris is extremely difficult. That means traditional intercourse usually needs to be coupled with clitoral stimulation. With that said, its important to realize that the clitoris is really similar in size to the penis, even though most of it cannot be seen. Vibrations through the pelvic region caused by intercourse could stimulate the nerve endings in the unseen part of the clitoris as well and this can also cause orgasms. The question is how does one engage in clitoral stimulation. Some male partners take the approach that the women should be responsible for the stimulation themselves, which has always seemed a bit unfair to me since the woman is providing him with the stimulation he needs to reach orgasm. However, this is one way to deal with it. Another method is by, what I like to call multi-tasking. Multi-tasking basically means the man does more than one thing at the same time. For example, he may be penetrating the vagina while also stimulating the clitoris in one way or another (we'll discuss those ways a little later). If the couple wants to achieve orgasm at or near the same time, this is clearly the best option. Other couples I've met with have resorted to an alternative approach. One person reaches orgasm at a time. Depending on how each person best reaches orgasm, this may be a possibility but it's usually not the most satisfactory approach. The best thing about clitoral orgasms is that they can be achieved in many different ways. Because the entire area is highly sensitive, experimenting with these types of orgasms can also add some interest and spice to sexual relationships which may have become less enthusiastic over time. And the key is experimenting because different women prefer different types of clitoral stimulation. While some prefer direct stimulation, others find it uncomfortable and prefer to have the area around the clitoris stimulated instead. Women who have masturbated will generally have a much better idea of what type of stimulation they prefer than women who have not. As I mentioned, the clitoris feels up with blood and becomes erect like a penis. This means its usually easier to spot when a woman is aroused. Because the clitoris does not need to be erect for sexual intercourse to occur, clitoral orgasms will only happen if the woman is aroused properly. That means some type of foreplay is generally a requirement. When the clitoris is stimulated repeatedly, it becomes more engorged with blood and this further heightens its sensitivity. With another stimulation a point is reached when all of the tension in the area must be released and this point is considered the orgasm. penis enlagement testimonials penis enlarement tip pro acne solution plastic surgery penis enlargment vimax truth about penis enlargement pills pennis enlargement tool herbal penis enhancement penis enhancement exercise penis enlagement before and after photo
The term heart disease is a very broad term. Problems can arise within the heart muscle, arteries supplying blood to the heart muscle, or the valves within the heart that pump blood in the correct direction. Understanding the differences between each disease of the heart can help with the confusing applications of the term heart disease. Coronary artery disease or CAD is the most common type of heart disease and the leading cause of death in both genders in the U.S. Coronary artery disease affects the arteries supplying blood to the heart muscle. These coronary arteries harden and narrow due to the buildup of a waxy cholesterol, fatty substance referred to as plaque. This plaque buildup is known as atherosclerosis. The increase in plaque buildup causes the coronary arteries to become narrower. This will cause blood flow to become restricted, decreasing the amount of oxygen delivered to the heart muscle. Decreasing the amount of oxygen supplied to the heart muscle can cause angina (chest pain) and lead to a heart attack. Coronary artery disease over time can weaken the heart muscle contributing to heart failure and arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythms). Coronary heart disease is another confusing type of heart disease. Coronary heart disease is not the same thing as coronary artery disease. While coronary artery disease refers to the coronary arteries, coronary heart disease refers to the diseases of the coronary arteries and resulting complications. This includes such complications such as chest pain, a heart attack, and the scar tissue caused by the heart attack. Understanding this subtle difference between the two may impress your cardiologist. Cardiomyopathy is a disease affecting the muscle of the heart. Cardiomyopathy can be genetic or caused by a viral infection. Cardiomyopathy can be classified as primary or secondary. Primary cardiomyopathy is attributed to a specific cause (hypertension, congenital heart defects, heart valve disease). Secondary cardiomyopathy is attributed to specific causes (diseases affecting other organs). There are three main types of cardiomyopathy. Dilated cardiomyopathy is enlargement and stretching of the cardiac muscle. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy causes thickening of the heart muscle. Restrictive cardiomyopathy causes the ventricles of the heart to become excessively rigid causing blood flow to the ventricles to be difficult between heartbeats. Valvular heart disease is a disease that affects the valves of the heart. Valves within the heart keep the blood flowing in the correct direction. Damage to valves can be caused by a variety of conditions leading to regurgitation or insufficiency (leaking valve), prolapse (improper closing of the valve), or stenosis (narrowing of the valve). Valvular heart disease can be genetic. Valvular heart disease can also be caused by certain infections such as rheumatic fever, and certain medications or radiation treatments for cancer. The pericardium is a sac that encompasses the heart. Pericardial disease is inflammation (pericarditis), stiffness (constrictive pericarditis), or fluid accumulation (pericardial effusion) of the pericardium. Pericardial disease can be caused by many things such as occurring after a heart attack. Congenital heart disease is a form of heart disease that develops before birth. Congenital heart disease is an extremely broad term. However, these diseases usually affect the formation of the heart muscle, chambers, or valves. A few examples include coarctation or a narrowing of a section of the aorta; atrial or ventricular septal defect is referred to as holes in the heart. Congenital heart disease should be classified more accurately as an inborn defect that occurs in around 1% of births. Congenital heart disease may be inherited (heredity), or caused by certain infections such as German measles contracted while pregnant. However, researchers are currently studying factors that may cause congenital heart disease. Heart failure is another type of heart disease characterized by the heart’s inability to effectively pump enough blood to the body’s organs and tissues. When the body’s vital organs do not receive enough blood flow certain signs and symptoms can occur such as shortness of breath, fatigue, and fluid retention. Congestive heart failure is a type of heart failure that leads to fluid buildup in the body. It is important to note that not all heart failure is congestive. Heart failure may result from other cardiovascular diseases such as cardiomyopathy or coronary heart disease. Heart failure may come on suddenly or develop over many years. The month of February is the National Heart Disease awareness month. However, heart disease awareness should be each and every day. With staggering statistics, awareness begins with understanding the different types of heart disease. A diet and lifestyle that is conducive to heart health can mean the difference between life and being a statistic. Copyright 2006 Kristy Haugen
